The 2010 Tobacco Summit was a Success!
Over 200 people attended the Oct. 1, 2010 Columbia meeting. The one-day summit covered the state of tobacco control in S.C., recent FDA tobacco involvement and regulation, news about emerging smokeless tobacco products and e-cigarettes, and research conducted on smoking cessation at MUSC/Hollings Cancer Center.

A letter from the SCTC Executive Director: Thank you all for attending the State Tobacco Summit on Friday, October 1. It was a pleasure to meet many of you, and a pleasure to see many of you again. In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be communicating with you about the exciting ways in which you can become even more involved in the work of the Collaborative, beyond your general membership.
